Hrothgar isn't sure but the surroundings would seem to indicate that you are inside a monster of some kind.

Most creatures have fairly similar anatomy and you surmise that you are now leaving the mouth, being swallowed towards the esophagus.

Oh boy, the big hole will get us digested if we go in there, the smaller hole going down might be the lungs, we'll get crushed. Only way out is the way up, but it's too slick.

I whip out my sword and jam it on the ground to give me more thinking time.

"Anyone up for heart surgery?" id rather avoid the stomach if possible could we perhaps go into the lungs and from there get to the heart. Or we could go up to the brain. Perhaps even split up and go for both.

Lets hope we don't get pressurized in there, ok lets go in the smaller tunnel. What check do we need again?

That's IF the top tunnel goes to the brain and not out the nose. Being all mucusy, I wouldn't suggest going there, could be all matter of viruses.

Vallo murmurs under his breath and then aims his head towards the sky.. a bright light shines around him and his dragon wings sprout from his body.. he gives a thanks to his god and flies down after his companions

A swirl of white light fills the cavernous area and Spartan vanishes from sight. The rope he was holding flops impotently to the ground and begins to slide down the large hole.

He reappears in the small tunnel above and starts to quickly drop out of it.

The guardian falls down the large tunnel and is swallowed.

Zexion holds onto his sword for dear life (could you do an endurance check to see if it holds?).

Hrothgar slides ever closer to the gaping maw.

i shove my sword into the beast to stop my fall, check for the rope and exclaim "oh shit" "Hrothgar, fire one end of the rope at me!! i'll pull you up!"
